Why is there no mounting brackets provided with my stand that I purchased?
The mounting brackets come with the heater.
Please check your heater box for the mounting brackets.

Yes! It comes with fixing brackets making it easy to mount it on walls or hang from ceilings.
Can all Veito Models be used Indoors and Outdoors?
Yes! Suitable for both indoors and outdoors, this heater is your perfect heating choice.
Do the Veito Heaters make any noise?
No they are silent heaters.
Why isn’t my heater heating my sqft garage, home, space?
It is meant to heat objects like the sun, once the objects are heated, then the heat spreads out. That is why the wind does not blow away the heat.
What happens after the warranty ends?
Is it safe to leave overnight?
It is not recommended to leave any appliance on for extended periods of time or unattended. We recommend to review the owner’s manual provided
Why does it keep tripping the breaker?
We recommend that you check your breaker box, or with an electrician to determine which 15 or 20 amp receptacle you can designate for the heater only, without needing to share with other appliances. Too many electronics or appliances shared on the same circuit may be a factor.
Why isn't it working after mounting to the ceiling?
We recommend a hard reset by unplugging the heater and attempted to swivel back and forth several times, then repositioning back to the desired direction and plugging in gently.
How can I set the temperature to Celsius or Fahrenheit?
The heater does not use Fahrenheit or Celsius to set the temperature such as an HVAC central heating or cooling system. It uses BTU’s with infrared technology to heat objects like the sun.
Why can’t I use an extension cord?
We cannot recommend an extension cord, but check with your certified electrician.
What is the E2 message on my display?
We recommend a hard reset by unplugging the heater and attempting to swivel back and forth serveral times. then repositioning back to the desired direction and plugging it in gently
